1. Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee or may require a deposit for future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service time may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.

4. Payments
